Tell us what keywords interest you. For example, a web developer might opt to receive messages containing the words RUBY, PYTHON, PHP, DEVELOPER and so on.
Tell us where you are. We will guess from your area code, but more accurate is better.
When someone sends in a message like "Need a website developer who knows php and mysql" and they are near to you, we send you a copy of this (or you can check what has been sent in on the website if you don't want to receive texts).
You opt to call the person who sent the message.
If you're the first caller, we'll call you and tell you why we're calling (automated)
We call the person who sent the message and connect you both
You have 5 minutes of call time to make a deal or decide to continue talking on another venue.
